Food Plots for wildlife
Food plots are a key factor in maximizing the sale of your hunting property. While some folks enjoy putting in there own food plots the vast majority of buyers want to see the land at its finest when viewing the property. If you have your food plots in and active at the time of showing this will put dollars in your pocket. Depending on the time of year you sell will predict what food plots you have growing at the time, selling in the spring or fall either one is just as robust just make sure you are prepared and have your clover, corn and beans all looking good and the weeds under control. The easiest way to make your food plots look lush and green to to use proper fertilizer and lime, have your PH in your soil close to 7 and you will be fine. Be sure to visit your local farm store and talk to them about soil tests as this is essential, growing a healthy wildlife heard starts with healthy soil.
