Having grown up in Raytown, MO, with property at Pomme de Terre Lake since her early childhood, Megan has

gained extensive market knowledge and expertise in both areas and everywhere in between. She recognizes and

In her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with her family and friends at home and on the water. Having been with

her husband for over 20 years, they have five grown children and six grandchildren whom they value and enjoy more

than anything. Megan appreciates a good Netflix binge but can also be found walking her two Great Danes on nature

trails in the area. She loves bike rides through the country roads, always stopping to collect debris or helping a lost

animal. Road trips are another favorite pastime for Megan, whether she's seeking mountains, hiking, and exploring

new cities/towns or utilizing her family’s vacation home on South Padre Island.
